God’s Plan of Salvation

What will happen to me when I die?

It is the most important question you will ever ask. The Bible gives a clear answer.

Every one of us will stand before God one day. The Bible says there is only one way to be ready for that day, and it is not by being good enough, religious enough, or sincere enough. It is by trusting in what Jesus Christ has already done for you.

“Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.”JOHN 14:6 · KJV
Four Things You Need to Know

The Bible's answer

Admit you are a sinner

Nobody is perfect. We have all broken God’s law, in thought, word, and deed, and that separates us from a holy God.

“For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.”

ROMANS 3:23

Understand the penalty for sin

Sin carries a price: death, and eternal separation from God in hell. But God, in His love, has provided a gift in its place.

“For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”

ROMANS 6:23

Believe Jesus died and rose again for you

Jesus Christ, God’s Son, took your punishment on the cross, was buried, and rose from the dead on the third day. He paid a debt He did not owe, because you owed a debt you could not pay.

“But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”

ROMANS 5:8

Repent and receive Him by faith

Salvation is a gift. You cannot earn it, and you cannot buy it. Turn from your sin, call on the Lord, and trust Him alone to save you.

“For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.”

EPHESIANS 2:8-9

“For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.”

ROMANS 10:13
Will You Trust Him Today?

A simple prayer

There is nothing magic about words. But if you are ready to trust Christ, you can tell Him so right now, in words like these:

“Dear God, I know I am a sinner and deserve the penalty for my sin. I believe Jesus Christ died on the cross for me and rose again. Right now I turn from my sin and trust Jesus alone as my Saviour. Thank You for saving me and giving me eternal life. In Jesus' name, Amen.”

If you just trusted Christ, or if you have questions, please let us know. We would love to rejoice with you, pray with you, and help you take your next steps.
